Calm Your Fury

I’ve been an admirer of FHP art for a long time and when I approached him about making an illustration of a piece I was delighted to get the green light.
I eventually chose to work on the ‘No.203, Travis Scott 1 Boar Mask’ which is inspired by Nago and the boar gods of MIyazaki’s ‘Princess Mononoke’.

Me and my family love the Studio Ghibli film and when looking for a piece to illustrate, the Boar mask jumped out at me.

I featured the opening scenes from the film where the demon is tearing through the woods. It was a good chance to tie in the piece with my other popular pieces that feature leaves/ Greenery.

This was a challenging drawing to work on and I hope I did the original mask justice.
